1. About Yendah

Yendah is a platform for finding events, getting tickets and joining communities. These terms apply whenever you use the site, whether you browse, register for an event or host one.

2. Your account

  • You can sign in with Google, an email link or a password. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.
  • Give a real name and an email address you can receive mail at. Tickets and event updates are sent there.
  • You can register for an event with just your name and email. We keep those details so the organiser can admit you.
  • You must be old enough to enter into an agreement in your country, or have a parent or guardian’s permission.

3. Tickets

  • Tickets on Yendah are currently free. Each ticket has a unique number and QR code.
  • A ticket admits one person. The organiser may refuse a ticket that has already been used.
  • If you can no longer attend, please let the organiser know so the place can go to someone else.

4. If you host an event

  • You are responsible for your event: its description, venue, safety, accessibility and any licences or insurance it needs.
  • Describe the event accurately and tell ticket holders promptly if the time or place changes or the event is cancelled.
  • You will see the name, email and ticket number of people who register. Use those details only to run that event.
  • Only invite people by email if you have a genuine reason to contact them.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Yendah to break the law, mislead people, harass anyone, send spam, upload content you have no right to share, or interfere with the service. We may remove events or suspend accounts that do.

6. Content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to display it on Yendah so the service can work. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

7. Cancellations and changes

Organisers decide whether an event goes ahead. Yendah is not the organiser of events listed by others and is not responsible for them taking place as described.

8. Our responsibility to you

We provide Yendah with reasonable care, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

9. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
